Latamchronicle is committed to providing accurate, fair, and independent journalism. Our editorial mission is to inform the public with reporting that is grounded in verified facts, free from commercial influence, and presented without bias.

2. Independence

Our editorial decisions are made independently of advertisers, sponsors, and any other commercial relationships. No advertiser or partner has any influence over the content we publish. Advertising content is clearly separated and labelled as such.

3. Accuracy & Verification

Before publication, all claims, statistics, and quotes are verified against primary sources wherever possible. We consult multiple sources to corroborate information, and we do not publish unverified allegations as fact.

• We use named sources whenever possible.
• Anonymous sources are used only when there is a compelling public interest reason and the information cannot be obtained otherwise.
• We clearly distinguish between news reporting and opinion or analysis.

4. Fairness & Balance

We strive to represent all relevant perspectives on a story fairly. When reporting on individuals, organisations, or institutions, we make a reasonable effort to seek their comment before publication.

5. Corrections

6. Headlines & Presentation

Headlines must accurately reflect the content of the article. We do not use misleading, sensational, or clickbait headlines. Images and multimedia are used appropriately and captioned accurately.

7. Conflicts of Interest

Our journalists and editors declare any potential conflicts of interest to their editors before covering a story. Any relevant relationships or interests are disclosed to readers where appropriate.
